Features

I-EHS can be configured to support the other general management functions. Workflow processes and associated business rules can be defined by our customers, and the solution can generally be configured or modified to support those processes and rules. These rules may also be modified over time. I-EHS includes a configurable workflow engine that can manage notifications in support of business processes and support escalation rules. System information can be accessed within the workflow engine to auto-populate worklists/orders and trigger activities designed to optimize workflows and ensure task completion.

Services

  • Many of the incremental deployment items tied to interoperability, data migrations, data prep/conversions, and interfaces can be the most challenging part of establishing an EHR. This is why we utilize our our pre-built API to connect with your data, so that all of engineering efforts are focused on customer specific needs for configuration, testing, and deployment. This allows I-EHS to be operational in just a few months.

  • A key aspect of delivery is the cleansing, migration, and integration of the legacy data into the new system. Inonde has done countless projects in this space and as a leader in ETL, we streamline the process by applying Machine Learning to deliver Data Process Automation. This significantly reduces future costs when new data external databases are connected. We simplify data ingestion and migration, unique to our technology is the handling of unstructured data without coding or scripting. Old paper records or fax copies that need to be converted can be done faster and more accurately with our I-EHS solution.

  • The Inonde Team leverages its expertise in health information exchanges and interoperability to integrate with HR systems, legacy applications, medical devices, communication systems, laboratory service providers, and other external sources. We will create interoperability with a seamless connection to eligible audiometry, EKG, vitals monitoring, and vision devices, as well as major laboratories to address customer specific.

  • Training and support are extensive, effective, and ongoing. Based on prior client experience, the Inonde team recommends initial deployment with a test environment, enabling your providers and staff to see and interact with the software immediately. During initial deployment, experienced implementers provide day-to-day preparation and support throughout the development process, while “train-the-trainer” programs and user-friendly documentation assure a complete knowledge transfer to your medical staff.
